Tips for staying healthy-Draft One

In order to stay healthy, there are some tips. First, the most important thing is eating food which is good for you, such as vegetables and also can not forger the fruit. The next, try to form a habit do exercise every day regularly, it makes your body strong. Third, get enough sleep comfortably, it makes you invigorate. In conclusion, keep a sense of exhilaration every day, it’s also very important! Staying healthy is a goal that everyone wants to accomplish.
