Some programs which full of violence and lust will have bad influence for teenagers. Spend too much time watching TV will harm to eyesight. Therefore, we should choose a TV program which is benefit for our body and mind. The most important thing is don’t become a couch potato.
I always live in a busy school life. Since I was a senior high school student, I had been expected to enter a university. And the keen was a fierce competition. Therefore, I was forced to study hard day and night. Every day, the pressure that I was weighed down with lessons for me was actually a burden. That was why I was busy both in school and home. Besides, I was forced to give up my favorite extracurricular activities. I wished that I could have a colorful school life.

然後下一句的it要大寫,這樣比較好。
