To choose TV programs carefully is important. Although TV is the most important channel, which provides information and entertainment.It may have some disadvantages. Some programs which full of violence and lust will have bad influence for teenagers. To spend too much time watching TV will harm to eyesight. Therefore, we should choose a TV program which is benefic for our body and mind. The most important thing is not to become a couch potato.I always live in a busy school life. Since I was a senior high school student, I had been expected to enter a university. And the keen was a fierce competition. Therefore, I was forced to study hard day and night. Every day, the pressure that I was weighed down with lessons. It was actually a burden. That was why I was busy both in school and home. Besides, I was forced to give up my favorite extracurricular activities. I wished that I could have a colorful school life.
